The silver and bronze medals went to Burleigh Heads and Clear Island Waters respectively, where prices increased by more than 35 per cent. These medians were both strongly influenced by boutique, waterfront properties, which attracted higher prices because of their limited availability. Rounding out the top five were Wamuran, where the median acreage house price increased by 28.9 per cent to $582,000 and East Toowoomba, which increased 27.8 per cent to $382,500.
